GIANT Bird-Eating CENTIPEDES Live On This AUSTRALIAN Island!
Scientists have discovered giant centipedes living on Phillip Island who feed on thousands of seabird chicks every year!
The new study, published in The American Naturalist, proved that the centipede can grow to around 30.5cm in length and is armed with a potent venom which it uses to immobilise its prey.
