One of the biggest issues with the show was the massive amount of plastic waste that was sent to landfill. Everything from the leaves and trees to the cliffs and soil were made from either polyester or polystyrene. That has now all been sent to landfill. Reports have surfaced that the waste was the equivalent of more than 5 olympic sized swimming pools!
