BTS Spoke About YOUTH And CLIMATE JUSTICE At The UN!
@bts.bighitofficial addressed the UN General Assembly on Monday!
The K-Pop group drew attention to how young people have been affected by the pandemic, as well as gender inequality, climate change and vaccines. Accompanied by South Korean President, Moon Jae-in, they helped promote global sustainability goals for 2030.
They also premiered the new music video for their hit single, ‘Permission to Dance,’ which was filmed at the UN Headquarters in New York!
It’s not the first time the band has appeared in front of the UN. In 2020, they delivered a virtual message to the Assembly about their struggles during the pandemic, encouraging younger generations to remain hopeful.
