CLIMATE CHANGE IS Shaving HOURS Of Your SLEEP
A new study published in @cellpress has shown that rising temperatures and climate change are eroding hours of our quality sleep each year, leading to a bunch of other negative health consequences. We are already losing, on average, dozens of hours of quality sleep each year, but this is projected to rise to two whole weeks annually by the end of the century! The study also shows that some people, like the elderly, poor and women, are affected worse than others.
