To continue the celebrations of World Penguin Day on Monday, we’re looking at the penguin for the animal of the week! Did you know that contrary to belief, only 1 species of penguin lives above the equator? Which means there aren’t any furry tuxedo birds up in the North Pole! Did you know that penguins are carnivores? Or that the Emperor penguin can hold its breath underwater for a straight 20 minutes?!
