DEFORESTATION Just Reached A RECORD High In The AMAZON RAINFOREST

New satellite data has revealed that both January and February saw deforestation reach a record high in the Amazon.

February saw 199km2 of deforestation (a 62% increase from last year), while January saw 430km2 of deforestation which equals to more than quadruple the amount of January 2021!
